Sometimes, the bones of a home are already strong - what’s needed is a considered cosmetic intervention to bring it into the present with clarity and intent.

For Floreat Residence, Estetica was engaged to reimagine the street-facing elevation, refine the interior palette, and design bespoke cabinetry elements throughout, before furnishing the home to completion. The approach was grounded in creating a cohesive, elevated outcome - one that feels both contemporary and enduring.

A warm, sophisticated palette underpins the home. Large-format grey tiles create a seamless foundation, while a moody powder room introduces depth through natural stone feature tiles. Mid-tone timber accents weave throughout, bringing balance and warmth, grounding each space with a sense of quiet refinement.

The hero space is the dedicated wine room. Bespoke design work and integration with wine conditioning experts as well as steel door manufacturers ensured this element not only looks like a show stopper, but performs well too.

Furniture selection was led by comfort and timeless appeal, with pieces from Cassina anchoring the living spaces. These hero items set the tone - inviting, sculptural, and designed to last.

Customisation was central to the project. From tailored armchairs and bespoke rugs to steel-framed doors, each element was collaboratively designed to ensure a fully resolved and highly considered home - one that feels effortless, yet entirely unique.
