MINDARIE RESIDENCE

Located on the stunning Mindarie coastline, this residence is a striking example of contemporary living tailored to its coastal setting. Designed by Weststyle (architect and builder) in close collaboration with Estetica Design Studio (interior design and furniture styling), the home demonstrates the power of a cohesive vision when architects, designers, and builders work seamlessly together.

Inside, burnished concrete floors flow throughout, grounding the space and providing a neutral yet textural backdrop. Rich walnut-toned cabinetry is paired with darker, bold accents, adding depth and warmth while maintaining a clean, contemporary aesthetic. A highlight of the home is the circular coffered ceiling, perfectly balanced by a custom-designed circular dining table and a hand-picked pendant, creating a true focal point for the home’s living spaces.

Furniture and styling were carefully curated to complement the architecture, favoring Australian-designed and made pieces. Signature elements include a custom dining table and coffee table, created in collaboration with Nathan Day, blending craftsmanship with functionality and style.

The Mindarie Residence stands as a testament to thoughtful design, attention to detail, and the harmony achievable when architecture, interior design, and construction come together in perfect collaboration.
