Ascot Residence

A stunning, architectural home designed by Weststyle, constructed entirely of precast concrete panels sitting right on the Swan River. The intent for the interior design was to express the beauty that is concrete, and layer that with luxury. A moody palette defined by the black tinted concrete floors, we added warmth through timber and warm joinery, showcasing materiality as much as possible.  Whilst maintaining a contemporary, minimal clean lined approach to design, allowing the layers of furniture and personal expression to add a human scale dimension.
